Scam@@######!!!!!!!

This company has changed the name to Beauty in Reach. It is a scam the product does not work and the website I originally ordered from did not show that it was a 14 day trial and that I would be charged $93.09. They also suggested another product and charged me and additional $93.61. I spoke to 3 different people who refused to help me. WHERE is the customer service!!!! Please do not order anything from this company PLEASE. If I have to post, call or contact the Federal Drug administration everyday. I will get this matter resolved. Make sure that they cancel your information from the system and contact bank to refuse charges.

same thing happened to me, I was charged 93.61 ,then another 92.xx,I called bank to renew my credit card ,but what else we can do for this company?

Guest

We called the company and told them to send us a return label, and they said to just keep it and they would issue us a credit. I was charged almost $400 for 4 small containers that I did not order.

We also called our credit card company and told them to take the charges off, cancel our credit card and issue us a new one.

Guest

I am so sorry to hear that!!!! The same thing just happened to me- with two products!

One was Ev Derma and the other was the plush cell active cream!

I doubt I'll get anywhere if I call, but where did you find the customer service number? I've been searching everywhere.

DO NOT ORDER!!!!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
This is a classic scam. I asked for the "free" trial but called to cancel after receiving several shipments, and being automatically charged. They tried to reduce the price but I told them I was not interested. The products stopped coming for a few months, and then randomly started arriving again, and taking money from my account. I tried to return the product but the product was returned to me because the address on their mailing label was not a real address. I was finally able to get someone on the phone (888-989-****) after being put on hold for approximately 30 minutes. Hopefully they will take me serious this time.

SCAM!!!

Neuology - SCAM!!!
Only ordered sample, but they renewed order without my permission and sent me another. Too, there's no return slip and the product is seeping out of the plastic sealed jar. I use to have an ongoing account with Murad, but their quarterly supply too much product and too much cost for my budget. At least with them I received option to continue or discontinue product and of course the product always came with an invoice. With Neuology, they just sent the product in a phony-Bologna cheap package. Oh my goodness! I thought it was an order I had placed from WISH. I am very upset and discussed with this. Is there anyone else I can report these guys too?

How did I get this product and where is the $92.53 charge?

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
On March 19th, 2016 I get this email in from support@***.com that only shows an "Order Confirmation" saying that on the same date that I received this email (March 16, 2016) under order #533506 I apparently ordered this product online... but I don't know how since I was laid up with my ongoing medical problems and slept all day on the 16th due to my chronic fatigue... This email had written across the the top in the subject line my order number and in bold all caps "DO NOT REPLY". Nothing else except the price they charged my credit card $92.53. I had nothing to go on except I knew I didn't order anything but who could I contact ? There were many websites pertaining to "nueology" so that didn't help so I "replied" to the email's address asking for all the information they had concerning this purchase. I checked all my credit cards but I have so many I wasn't certain which one was being used and couldn't find on the cards I checked anything in regard to the purchase amount. I continued emailing them 2 more times without result.. Just a few days ago I got a package in with this products name on it which had a return address and name of Beauty Care Products in Fort Lauderdale... Now I am in the process of returning the product with a cancellation request but I want to find which credit card they billed so I can have the charge reversed... I was looking for this company's website when I came across all your complaints and learned what I am in for... Hopefully it won't be a pain to get a charge reversal.. I will let you know..

I ordered the free trial but was charged approximately $35 x 2. They reduced price so I accepted the order. I was not satisfied with the results of the creams. I told them to send no more orders and cancel my account. They keep trying to send and charge my credit card. I phoned again and was given a bunch of bs. I got my credit card company to reverse last charges. I also cancelled my credit card. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! The product is nothing special and they will keep sending creams and charging your credit card even after you have told them to cancel your account.

Need a contact number for Neuology and Nue-Vitality

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I had contacted them 6 months ago and they reduced the price on Neuology and nue-vitality

I asked them to send the stuff every two months because I had a reaction to the ingredients

they said all the ingredients are natural so I shouldn't have a reaction. Peanut butter and strawberries are natural and people are allergic to them

they said yes that would be fine

For my trouble they sent me vitamin C serum

they reduced the creams to 20.00 each us per month

I live in Canada and they get shipped out of Toronto Ontario but charge me in US dollars

what a scam. I need help

they send them faithfully every month

does anyone have a contact information email or direct phone number for this company?

They keep charging me more than what was agreed to. I was supposed to be charged $40 CAD for two products this month it was $67.

I just called them and after being on the phone for almost an hour I'm being refunded 35%. Once I see that has gone through I'm cancelling.

Way too much much $$$ with little results, exceptionally poor customer service!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Admittedly through no one's fault but my own, I did not cancel soon enough However, the trial (30 days for results) did not send out immediately. Unbeknownst to me, I was sent two orders at full price ($182.48 mo.) within three weeks. My bank statement does not arrive until the 7th each month, so I was unaware of the exorbitant cost. from March 3rd until April 18th I have been charged close to $600.00. Needless to say, the product is not what it claims to be, and honestly after the first month, I do not want it. I know I should be responsible for the first order, but I have offered to send back 2 unopened orders for at least a percentage of refund with no luck. I initially dealt with one of the rudest customer reps ever. She would not let me talk and just rattled off the spiel. When I repeatedly asked for a supervisor, she said she was busy and "could not talk to 2 people at once". I politely offered to hold and she refused and said there was nothing a supervisor could do for me. (rep's name was Brenda). Today another customer service employee told me there "were no supervisors" and my contract was binding. I do not understand how they get away with this, and I do intend to pursue this matter. PLEASE do not fall for this !!!This is just under $550.00 in 10 weeks. I just want to be reimbursed for what I did not use. I have never dealt with such a scamming, uncaring company. If nothing else, learn a lesson from me and save yourself hundreds.

Neuology - Customer Care Review from Whitby, Ontario

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I ordered this trial product and the other recommended trial offer at the same time on January 9, 2016. I received the items frozen on January 20, 2016. Today is January 24th and I received an email today stating this company is charging me $104.00USD - my bank account online says $153.00. I immediately called the phone number provided in the email for customer service. I spoke to a representative that sounded like she was reading from a script and would not listen to a word I was saying. She kept telling me I had a 14 day trial and I did not contact them to cancel and I didn't read the terms and conditions. She kept offering me to view the web site. Before I ordered I reviewed the "web site" in its entirety and there was no terms and conditions. The representative stated that I received the product as per Canada Post on January 18, 2016 so it's been 14 days I didn't call. I said today is the 24th. She stated that the 14 day trial starts on day of order. I started to get very angry and told her that I was calling VISA as this is fraud and she can have her unused product back. The representative continued on the script and I had to raise my voice again to tell her to stop. She offered me a 30% refund. I told her this was unacceptable and that I want a 100% with return of the item. She then proceeded to tell me about the terms and conditions again. I hung up and called VISA. Well waiting for VISA to answer the phone the company called back on my call waiting. I answered the phone. Again I listened to her script and told her I want a 100% or VISA will be contacting the company. At this time she said the company is going to make an exception and offer me 50%. Once again I said if you won't do 100% with the return of the items I will be contacting VISA. The rep then started again on the same script. I disconnected the call. I then called VISA and lodged a complaint. Well on hold I googled the product to see if I could locate "the fine print" - there was none on the site I ordered from. However I found these reviews. I placed a complaint to VISA and they are starting an investigation. After I disconnected the call with VISA the representative called back again. I told her I contacted VISA and unless she is going to offer me a 100% refund to not call me again. The rep started with her script again and I yelled "enough, what do you want?" She then offered a 75% refund. I advised again this is not acceptable and VISA will be contacting the company. The rep then started with the script again. I said "I'm terminating this call". The rep then said as an exception she is refunding 100% and it will be applied to my account within 3 business days and that I need to call again by March 4 as to not get charged again, And that I will receive a confirmation email with a confirmation number of the refund. I told the rep "you will not charge me again, I will not be calling, my account is cancelled, along with my VISA number and VISA will be contacting you". I then hung up. I still have not received the confirmation email, but I know VISA will take care of these scammers and hopefully take them out of business. DO NOT ORDER PLEASE.

Has VISA done anything about this?

I'm on the phone with my credit card company presently and they are currently looking into these 'terms and conditions' and whether or not they can do anything.

I triple checked when ordering initially about hidden fees and didn't see any, which is why i'm so upset now.

Leandrea Xoc
reply icon Replying to comment of Delaynie Znf

I have not heard back from Visa yet as they say it takes 15 business days.

However the vendor called me three times on the same day I wrote this post.

Initially they offered 35% credit, then a 50% credit, and then a 75% credit, and finally a 100% credit. These offers were all on the same day as I told them I have placed an investigation with Visa. The credit was placed back yesterday however it was over $30 short of the 100%. I called the company and lost my mind and they said they can't pay back the taxes.

So I screamed and yelled and told them if "it is illegal to collect tax and not return it and that I work for the government and I am going to report them" I also said "its ok,Visa will just shut down all your payments from visa when they are done my investigation, and they have multiple complaints regarding your company." They started with their script again, and I started screaming back to return all of my money now. I told them "if I go to Walmart and buy something and return it I receive all the money bcc including tax." The lady finally said she will be retuning the full amount and sent out a confirmation email saying they are returning the full $104 USD.

WE WILL SEE!!! Don't let these people push you around, fight back!

I HAVE THE SAME SITUATION THAN YOU- SUPER UPSET!

Hi I accepted to receive one FREE product and they kept sending the product which I never ordered nor want them. I couldn't contact them as they didn't supply any info to stop order! I didn't even like the first sample. I got the same email you did, same order total $92.53- i never even gave them a credit card number. I had the same issue you had. Did you ever get an email? I AM NOT PAYING FOR ANYTHING. As you, I want to resolve situation but no website, no emails, no phone numbers. I am super upset. This is not ok and all I want is them to give me a name / phone number to stop them from sending me product. I will never request a free product again!

This is a scam. There is nothing free about this 'free trial'

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Like others, I ordered my 'free trial'. I double and triple checked that there were to be no fees other than the shipping. Today I opened my email and there are two charge confirmations for $100+. Livid, I called customer service immediately to see what these charges are and to have them refunded. The claim was that there are no refunds after the 14 day trial. The product was received two days ago, well within the 'trial period'. they didn't seem to understand this and claimed that the trial begins once you order the product. This does not make sense whatsoever. When asked to speak to their supervisor I was told that they are 'taking calls' and thus unavailable. Eventually, I haggled them into a 35% refund, but I will be going to my credit card to have this charge negated. Overall, don't order from them.

I had the exact same problem. I ordered in January 19/16 and within 2 days called to cancel BEFORE the trial period was over.

I told them I was not interested in this product as I was not happy with it. It was not a moisturizer, instead it felt like it had been watered down!! Worst thing I have ever tried. I also told them I could not afford to have it sent and charged to my credit card monthly!

They agreed and said they would cancel my order. Satisfied...or so I thought until they charged my credit card again yesterday and sent out a new jar WTF!!! Needless to say, I called customer service which was a joke. The woman was so rude to me as though I was the one who made the mistake.

She proceeded to tell me I agreed to a 35% discount and a two month extension and keep the product coming LOL!! I told her she was sadly mistaken, and that I don't care what her computer was telling her, I was adamant back in January that I wanted out and have it cancelled and that is what I was promised. She kept going on and talking over me and was raising her voice to me as if I was in the wrong. I demanded to speak to a manager...of course there was no managers available.

Surprise Surprise. In the end she says she is going to credit my visa 35% off the price since they already shipped it out to me and said she has cancelled my account. We will see what happens now. I took all her information and the refund#, along with the cancellation # and have all the emails from them and am providing it to my credit card company.

They say this happens so often with these types of "SCAM" companies, and they will be looking into it and blocking this so called company from taking any further funds from my card. Lesson learnt!!

Guest

I agree this is a SCAM. I cancelled within the 14 day trial.

This is s watery product....It does nothing to moisturize! As I was cancelling and clearly told them I didn't like the product, I wanted to cancel, I did not want anymore product or charges to my acct. They proceed to tell you if you will just continue to try the product you can call by a certain date and get a 25% discount. I told them I did not like it....

if I wanted product I would call them but I did not want anything else charged to my account....I wanted it canceled as of this date. I got a cancellation number along with the lady's name I talked to and her ID number (supposedly). Then today 3/15, I have 2 charges from them which caused my acct to overdraft. I was furious!

When I called them back they tell me that I did not have a cancellation charge in the system even though I provided the numbers I was given and then the lady proceeds to tell me all the same stuff that the previous lady told me about continuing to try the product and they would give you a 50% discount this time instead of a 25%. I told her this was a scam I would call Better Business Bureau, post it on Facebook .....she told me they were legal. She would not direct me to any one higher than her. I was very upset ...then all of a sudden we're having a bad connection and she keeps calling my name and I'm telling her not to hang up and she's saying..." I can't hear you, the lights are blinking blinking" .

I tell her to call me back and she says she is not allowed to. Even with the bad connection I pressed through for a cancellation number not knowing if this one's any good either and I hang up because I'm getting nowhere with her. Then I get three phone calls back and she leaves me a message.... and this is the lady that supposedly can't call you back or call out.

One of my charges is a $44.97 charge for a trial cancellation fee. I took it up with my bank claims department for them to resolve the matter.

Guest

I called to cancel after three days that the product did not do as it claims. I was told that I would not be charged the 89 dollars or the 92 dollars and wait to April 17 and call back again.

I told the lady yo just cancel the product but she kept arguing with me.

I told her that I have been sick and no longer wanted to argue with her then she told me that the company would send me vitiam C pills . I told her NO I don't want your vitiam C pills I have a heart condition and only take drug approved by my doctor , she told me their vitiam C pills are approved by the FDA more people need to know this is a scam

Neuology Free Trial Review from Plano, Texas

I had exact HORRIBLE experience. Ordered a "trial" sample in Jan. Didn't get any results from their cream. Wasn't aware of the trial period where I'm supposed to call & cancel--so I get more cream & charged full amount. Said ok I will keep it but DONT WANT ANY MORE SENT! They send more product in Feb. Argued with the customer service gal when she kept asking why I didn't like product, what is my beauty regimen, use it 3-4 times a day, yada yada. I could barely get in a word due to her incessant rambling. Then again they send more product. I thought I cancelled future shipments. Checking my credit card account & saw the long numbers with extractcoffe Berkshire GBR. Called phone # on product & line goes blank. So called numbers on my statement. Again, rep goes on & on how they want me to continue the product. Can't get thru to her I want it to STOP & I want my $$$ BACK! She says they have my call from rSince Feb. I've been charged $500. Then she tells me she can give me the cream at a 50% discount! I start yelling--I DO NOT WANT YOUR PRODUCT--EVER. Was on the phone 20 min. I kept asking for a supervisor. She said there is none. I told her my husband is an attorney. He sues people. He's not aware of this mess cause I pay the bills & didn't want to upset him about a matter that I thought I could handle. I finally get thru to the RUDE rep & tell her if I don't speak to someone above her then he will with a lawsuit. Finally she says a supervisor will talk. I hear LOUD "on hold"music & can barely hear a new person & she says she'll have to call me back because of the music can't hear me! I don't hang up & finally music stops & I'm talking to a SUPERVISOR. Another 10 min of me ranting & threatening a lawsuit, she says I can't return the creams. Will give me a 35% refund in 3 days plus compensation for my experience with bonus rewards for other products. WHAT THE HEL...? I said I want NOTHING MORE FROM THEM. Just to leave me alone & NEVER send ANYTHING to me again! So I've probably burned $500 & need a big gulp of wine to settle my nerves. Still won't tell husband unless the company does their scam again. His heart wouldn't handle it. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr!
